Endorsements

The following endorsements are recognized by FACCS. In order to receive an endorsement, the transcripts must show at least 18 hours in the subject area.

Florida Teacher Certification Examinations (FTCE) - are accepted in lieu of the 18 hour requirement for All Level, Secondary, and Middle School Teacher and Professional Services certification endorsement. 
The Elementary Education K-6 exam is accepted in lieu of the 18 hour requirement for the Elementary Education Certificate.

Florida Educational Leadership Examination (FELE) is accepted toward the administrative, graduate courses required for Administrator certification.

National Institute for Learning Development (NILD) Professionally Certified Educational Therapist (PCET) certification is acceptable toward the eighteen (18) credit hour requirements for the Special Education endorsement.

The FDOE General Knowledge Exam is not accepted toward any requirements for FACCS certification.
