Conferences

Exhibitors & sponsors

Two events, two very different rooms — a full exhibit hall in the fall, and a small gathering of school leadership in the winter.

Christian Educators' Convention

Each year the Convention gathers roughly 1,500 delegates from about 75 member schools — teachers, administrators, and heads of school, in one place, for two days. Exhibiting puts you in front of the people who make purchasing and curriculum decisions; sponsoring extends your name across the whole event.

Exhibitor-only browsing time

The schedule sets aside time when nothing competes with the exhibit hall — delegates come to you, not around you.

Booths in the General Sessions hall

Exhibits share the room with the general sessions, so every delegate passes your booth on the way in and out.

Attendee contact information

Registered exhibitors receive delegate contact information electronically, so a conversation at the booth can continue afterwards.

No union labor fees

Loading dock access is complimentary and you may set up your own booth — there are no mandatory labor charges.

What a booth includes

A single 10' × 10' booth comes ready to work:

  • 8-foot high background drape
  • 3-foot side drapes
  • 6-foot draped table
  • Two chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Identifying sign

Corner booths, double booths, and end caps are available too. Every configuration and its current price is listed in the registration form.

Sponsorship

Sponsorships run at three levels — Platinum, Gold, and Silver — each adding logo placement in the Convention app and on the event page in the FACCS Portal, with every level including the placements below it. You can sponsor with or without a booth.

Individual items can be sponsored as well:

  • Lanyards
  • Delegate giveaway
  • Door prizes
  • Promotional video in a general session

Several of these are limited to a single sponsor. Availability and pricing for each level and item are shown in the registration form.

Register for the Convention

Exhibit space, sponsorships, and add-ons are all selected in one form, with current pricing shown as you go.

Administrators' Conference

The Conference is a small, focused winter event for administrators and decision-makers from member schools — the people who sign off. Exhibiting here is a table rather than a booth, and the room caps how many there are. Sponsorships are separate and can be added to an exhibit: each is attached to a part of the day and carries a short opportunity to present to everyone in the room.

February 18–19, 2027

Wyndham Lake Buena Vista

A room of decision-makers

Attendance is limited to administrators and school leadership, so the person you are talking to is the person who can say yes.

Time in front of the room

Sponsors get a brief opportunity to introduce their product or service to every attendee — not only the ones who stop at a table. About six of these exist each year.

Space is limited

The meeting room caps how many organizations can exhibit, and it sells out every year. Reaching out early matters more here than at the Convention.

What exhibiting includes

Exhibit space at the Conference is a table in the meeting room rather than a booth in a hall:

  • One 6-foot table
  • Power at the table

The room caps how many tables there are, and they sell out every year.

Sponsorship

Sponsoring is separate from exhibiting — you can do either, or both. Each sponsorship is attached to a part of the day, carries your name on that moment, and includes a brief opportunity to present to everyone in the room. Only about six are offered each year.

What can be sponsored:

  • Morning coffee
  • Snack breaks
  • Lunch
  • Giveaway items

Which sponsorships are still open changes through the year — the current list is shown when registration opens.

Registration isn't open yet

Exhibitor registration for the Conference opens ahead of the event. The next one is February 18–19, 2027. Check back — the link will appear right here as soon as it goes live.

Setup & teardown

At both events, setup runs the day before the event opens and the morning of the first day, and the room closes in the early afternoon on the final day. Exact hours are confirmed with registered exhibitors and sponsors ahead of time.
