Secondary Math  Teacher

  • Description:

    • The teacher will help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women to the praise and glory of God.  Teach all subjects assigned in the designated grade, adhering to the course instruction as prescribed in the Curriculum Guide. CCA uses both BJU Press and Abeka curriculums for the secondary grades. Integrate Biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities.  Keep proper discipline in the classroom and on the school premises, while also maintaining a clean and organized learning environment. Teacher must have the skills to teach Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and College Algebra.   • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferably with an emphasis on Math
    • Willingness to seek FACCS Professional Certification
