High School Math Teacher

Position Summary: First Baptist Christian Academy (FBCA) is seeking a dynamic, passionate High School Math Teacher to inspire students in Algebra,Math for College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, and other math-related courses. The ideal candidate will integrate a biblical worldview into math instruction while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application of mathematical concepts. This position reports to the Secondary Principal and collaborates closely with the academic team to support student success in both academics and spiritual growth. 
 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 

• Teaching certification and/or experience teaching high school mathematics in an educational setting. 

• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. 

• A committed Christian actively involved in a local church, aligned with FBCA’s mission and values. 

• Ability to integrate faith into the academic curriculum and foster spiritual growth in students.
